Well, it's official. My wife and I have moved to the backwoods of Tennessee. We still have no dogs in or outside of the house but I think the city ordinance calls for at least two...A battle to fight later. We are very happy in our new home and want to thank all of our family and friends for the support and understanding after we left Los Angeles to begin our new lives.

The Wings are the class of the NHL! No surprise there, but losing Yzerman, and Shannahan and still leading the pack? Incredible! The Sharks and Sens are good teams as well but none have the depth of the Wings. If Hudler and Flip continue their development, they will be the Datsyuk and Zetterberg of the 09-10 season! All this mularkey about Sundin coming to Detroit needs to stop. He might be worth a draft pick but I for one see a real #3 Defenseman as the Biggest need. No offense to Lilja or Kronwall, but Schneider is truly missed, regardless of the win column results. Anaheim does not get by the Wings with him healthy last season...
